About Me

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker -- Clinical (LCSW-C) providing psychotherapy in Westminster, Maryland. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I have extensive experience working with clients in inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. My areas of expertise include suicide prevention, intervention and postvention; co-occurring disorders, mood & anxiety disorders and trauma. I work with older teens, young adults (18 and older) and adults. I approach therapy as a collaborative effort with a strengths-based, person-centered perspective. I believe that the therapeutic process is a partnership between the clinician and the client with the primary focus of treatment being enhancing skills to attain overall physical, spiritual and mental wellness.

I'm a lively Golden Doodle with AKC Canine Good Citizen Certification. I'm currently registered as both an emotional support animal & with Pets on Wheels. I've been working at the office with clients since I turned 8 weeks old. My fur is super soft, I love tummy rubs & sometimes I think I'm people. A few things I enjoy include going for walks, playing fetch and chewing on bones. Please contact my mom using the info below if you're interested in setting up an appointment.

I accept some major insurances. This is subject to change. Check with your insurance carrier to verify if I am in network with your policy.
All sessions are held in the office at 30 North Court St. Westminster, MD 21157. In some instances, when appropriate, teletherapy may be offered at the discretion of the therapist.
